It was 2015 when Angioletto Tramontano presented his very personal reinterpretation of the historic rot' e carrett'.
At that time, the Margherita Style and the Marinara Style were born: almost 40 cm of a light, pleasant, and ultra-digestible layer.
Today we continue to serve our traditional pizzas in this version, which enhances simplicity and evokes the aroma of the old days.
