The "Blangé" is the famous Arneis from the Ceretto winery: a rich and fragrant white wine, vinified in steel using the cryomaceration technique, which has become a cult icon of the Langhe. It emanates intense aromas of white flowers, peach, and tropical fruit. The taste is rich and fruity, with hints of apple, pear, peach, vanilla, and plenty of tropical fruit.
