Birra Minchia (Messina)

A light, bottom-fermented beer, craft brewed, with a very fresh fragrance and a delicate yet lingering taste.

The foam is pure white and compact, with a malty flavor and a floral, herbal aftertaste: a true lager.

Color ranging from light yellow to medium-intensity golden, bright and clear.

Full-bodied, carbonation from moderate to low, smooth, without being astringent. Warming alcohol but never burning, dominant sweet malt, no aggressive roasting, hops present in a balanced way to offset the sweetness. Well-attenuated beer despite the dominant sweetness.
