Reddish reflections, excellent clarity, solid and persistent head, ivory colour.
Aroma:
A medium malt aroma is evident, but without excessive extreme roasting. Slight aroma of noble hops.
Taste:
Medium body, smooth, medium carbonation and a slight alcoholic perception. Elegant and moderately intense malt profile, light caramel without extreme roasting.
The hop bitterness is of an intensity aimed exclusively at balancing the maltiness with fruity notes.

Appearance: Copper colour, clear beer with abundant and persistent foam ranging in colour from white to intense ivory.
Aroma:
Very intense aroma, notable hop character in the aftertaste. Alcohol from moderate to intense, without being pungent.
Taste:
Full-bodied, carbonation from moderate to low, smooth, without being astringent. Warming alcohol but never burning, dominant sweet malt, no aggressive roasting, hops present in a balanced way to offset the drink. Well attenuated beer despite the dominant sweetness.
