Birra Minchia (Messina)

A pale, bottom-fermented beer, craft brewed, with a very fresh fragrance and a delicate yet persistent flavour.

The foam is pure white and compact, with a malty taste and a floral, herbal aftertaste: a true lager.

Appearance:

Colour ranging from light yellow to medium-intensity golden, bright and clear.

Typically spicy and floral aromas derived from the use of noble hops.

Taste:

With delicate effervescence, it plays heavily on the balance between sweetness, the smoothness of the malt and the gentle bitterness of the hops, a flavour that never feels harsh.

High-fermentation red beer, artisanally produced, with an amber-red colour. Fine, compact head, full-bodied, with a smooth aftertaste that is appreciated for its decidedly pleasant balance.

Reddish reflections, excellent clarity, solid and persistent head, ivory colour.

Aroma:

A medium malt aroma is evident, but without excessive extreme roasting. Slight aroma of noble hops.

Taste:

Medium body, smooth, medium carbonation and a slight alcoholic perception. Elegant and moderately intense malt profile, light caramel without extreme roasting.

The hop bitterness is of an intensity aimed exclusively at balancing the maltiness with fruity notes.

Amber double-malt high-fermentation beer, artisanally produced, with an intense hazy yellow colour and brownish highlights. Medium persistent white head, notable hop character in the aftertaste, full-bodied roasted notes, medium carbonation.



Appearance: Copper colour, clear beer with abundant and persistent foam ranging in colour from white to intense ivory.

Aroma:

Very intense aroma, notable hop character in the aftertaste. Alcohol from moderate to intense, without being pungent.

Taste:

Full-bodied, carbonation from moderate to low, smooth, without being astringent. Warming alcohol but never burning, dominant sweet malt, no aggressive roasting, hops present in a balanced way to offset the drink. Well attenuated beer despite the dominant sweetness.

Beer with a coppery colour and a clear appearance. On the nose, the American hops release notes of grapefruit, orange blossom, pineapple and mandarin, which define its style.

In the glass it creates a delightful head of foam with a fine, creamy, compact and very persistent texture. The flavour is initially balsamic; as the beer warms,

it softens

leaving room for the balanced and welcoming bitterness of the hop,

accompanied by a citrusy and resinous note.

India Pale Ale, characterised by the use of malts and an abundant use of American hops.

It appears slightly amber, tending towards copper.

Notes of flowers and citrus fruits, with hints of tropical fruit.

Taste:

As you drink, the explosive flavour of citrus and resin blends with hints of exotic fruit and almonds, leaving room for a decisive bitterness skilfully balanced by a light caramel note. The body is rounded with good drinkability that immediately calls for another sip, giving the palate fruity nuances and a finish of decisive bitterness and

Braised red meats, field vegetables, artichokes and mature cheeses.

Medium body, medium carbonation, smooth malt flavour with no trace of astringency.

Dark top-fermented beer; a distinctive feature of this beer is the use of malts with a high degree of roasting, which gives it an intense brown colour.
