Choose to immerse yourself in the flavors of cuisine and pizzeria.
The tasting journey includes sampling 6 different doughs and toppings not on our menu, selected by pizza chef DANIELE BAGLIERI, including dessert (drinks and cover charge excluded)
at a cost of €35.
Wine tasting (4 glasses) €24.
Starting from a minimum of two people, the tasting menu must be chosen by all diners seated at the table (except on Saturdays).
CONTEMPORARY ROUND
Dough made with type 0 flour and wheat germ. We use techniques that give taste, meltability and digestibility to the finished product. Our round one has a pronounced edge and a notable honeycomb inside.
PADELLINI
Dough made with type 1 flour, re-milled organic durum wheat semolina and wheat germ. The characteristic of the pan is its softness on the inside and crunchiness on the outside. Served in 8 wedges.
PINSA ROMAN ROUND
Dough made with type 1 flour and wheat germ. After 3 leavening phases it transforms into a crunchy and very honeycombed dough with a wheat scent, light and digestible.
THE 3 COOKINGS
Steamed pizza, fried and then dried in the oven.
