Bovale Cannonau Monica
Arrogusu means "pieces" and represents the fragmentation, sometimes even extreme, of the vineyards in the area.
The grapes destined for this label come from two historic and magnificent sapling vineyards in the municipality of Orroli.

Many varieties are planted on these shale soils which all contribute to the creation of this wine. The majority, about 80%, is Monica while the rest of the mosaic of vines is made up of Cannonau and Bovale, and Monica. The plants are treated only with copper, sulfur and zeolite and all the practices are manual, also because it would be difficult to use machinery among the saplings. After the harvest, the grapes are vinified separately and thus travel throughout their journey between steel, wood and terracotta.
Finally they meet before going into the bottle, at least one year after the harvest. The fermentations are all spontaneous.

The Ba.Bo. is an Isola dei Nuraghi PGI red wine from grapes grown in calcareous-clayey soils at around 400 meters above sea level, without chemicals and harvested by hand. Refines for 24 months in non-first use barriques and tonneaux. The wine is unfiltered.
