Ageing: Stainless steel – 2 months after blending. Fresh, aromatic and surprisingly versatile.
Lilly originates from vineyards that range from volcanic soils at almost 500 metres above sea level to the banks of the Paglia river, offering a balance of minerality, elegance and aromas. The grapes, vinified separately, are blended in May to age in stainless steel, preserving the vibrancy of the fruit. Perfect to accompany appetisers, light starters and gourmet pizzas.
