Grape varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 40% Traminer, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
Production area: Orvieto (TR)
Ageing: Stainless steel – 2 months after blending. Fresh, aromatic and surprisingly versatile.
Lilly originates from vineyards that range from volcanic soils at almost 500 metres above sea level to the banks of the Paglia river, offering a balance of minerality, elegance and aromas. The grapes, vinified separately, are blended in May to age in stainless steel, preserving the vibrancy of the fruit. Perfect to accompany appetisers, light starters and gourmet pizzas.

Uve: Grechetto, Verdello, Procanico
Bianco fresco e di carattere, espressione autentica del territorio di Orvieto. La buona acidità dona vivacità e accompagna una struttura più decisa e persistente. Affinato esclusivamente in acciaio per 6 mesi e successivamente in bottiglia, mantiene freschezza e identità varietale. Ottimo come aperitivo, esprime il meglio in abbinamento a pizze ricche, saporite e con condimenti più grassi.

Fresh and well-balanced white, easy to drink. Delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and flowers, with a harmonious taste. Ideal with starters, white pizza, and light dishes.

Grechetto with character, fresh and savoury.
Aromas of yellow fruit and light floral notes, balanced taste. Excellent with pizza, fresh cheeses and Umbrian cuisine.

Uve: Verdicchio
Bianco secco, elegante e di grande piacevolezza, espressione classica del Verdicchio. Ricco di aromi complessi, mantiene una bella freschezza e una buona persistenza al palato. Affinato 6 mesi in acciaio con bâtonnage sulle fecce nobili e almeno 4 mesi in bottiglia.
