A warming Quadrupel brewed with a generous amount of caramel. Friar’s robe colour with ruby highlights and cappuccino-coloured foam, it is rich and complex on the nose, with an aroma characterised by intense notes of malt, caramel, candied fruit and raisins. On the palate it is enveloping, with more candied fruit notes accompanied by hints of biscuit and toffee, delivering a soft and warming sensation that leads to a dry finish and a delicate, elegant salty note.

Stout with a pronounced roasted character, brewed with added oats which give it a velvety body and soften its notes. Elegant black colour with cappuccino-coloured foam, the aroma is enveloping on the nose; we detect fragrances of roasted hazelnut, chocolate, caramel, and freshly ground coffee beans. On the palate, the body is light, and again, the flavours are true to the aroma, with highlights of bitter cocoa, dark chocolate, and coffee.

With a veiled blonde colour, Carpe Diem is a fresh and fruity gluten-free IPA. On the nose, the aroma is characterised by citrus hints of grapefruit with balsamic and resinous notes. On the palate, the fruity flavour returns, leading to a dry and pleasantly bitter finish.
