Castelvecchio is a part of the Karst (Carso) area in the province of Gorizia (Sagrado City). The landscape is typical of the Karst Region: arid and rocky soil with a reduced stratum of red sand, but rich in iron and limestone. The area is constantly ventilated and influenced by the near sea.Manual harvest. Slight grape pressing, alcoholic fermentation and maturation sur lie in steel tanks. Color: intense straw yellow. Smell: Unmistakable scent. Ample and harmonious bouquet recalling pollen, honey, with light aromatic herbs (thymus). Taste: Elegant, mineral. Nice savory wine.Thanks to its freshness it’s perfect as an aperifif. Ideal with appetizers and fresh fish.

The Malvasia Dileo Selection comes form the oldest vineyard of the Castelvecchio estate. The grapes are manually selected and softy pressed. The fermentation and subsequent ageing sur lie take place in concrete tanks. Color: straw-yellow with green reflection. Smell: Rich with floral and fruity notes, such as apple and apricot. Taste: Rich and persistent. Mineral and sapid with a fruity finish. An elegant white wine excellent with fish and shellfish. Ideal with pasta, soups and risotto.

Belisario Verdicchio di Matelica Cambrugiano Riserva DOCG

Produced since 1988, and obtained only from Verdicchio grapes vinified by low-temperature maceration. It is left to mature in steel and in toasted oak barrles for at least a year, and it ages for one more year in bottle. The complexity of the production reflects on the complexity of its organoleptic properties: the hills of the Marche region, the Mediterranean sun, floral aroms, vanilla, great texture, luscious and balanced.

Traditional wine with a strong typicality and personality, obtained exclusively from Friulano grapes, the historic vine of the Collio Goriziano planted in a ventilated hilly area and in mainly marl soils of Eocene origin. The harvest of these grapes is followed by soft pressing which is accompanied by a short period of settling in the total absence of sulfur dioxide. The start of fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with addition of pied de cuve at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place on the lees for 8 months.

Gianni Moscardini Penteo Vermentino Costa Toscana

The grapes grown in Vermentino and Fiano di Avellino are harvested manually and vinified. The vinification process begins with a cryomaceration for about 3/6 hours, followed by a fermentation in steel with the addition of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16°C. A fresh wine, straw yellow in color, which releases typical hints of sage, acacia flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is characterized by freshness taste experience. Born from the union of two varieties with different characteristics that combine to achieve an excellent balance.

Monastero dei Frati Bianchi - Margine

Margine, named for the place where our winery is located, is our white wine born from the union of various native and international white grapes varietes: Durella, Albarola and Vermentino. The grapes ferment in contact with the skines for a few days and then refine in steel in contact with their own yeasts for about nine months. Its elegant complexity is perceived on the nose with medicinal herbs, white fruits, citrus fruits and a mineral finish. On the palate, the structure is intense, with a sapidity that immediately takes center stage balaced by the return of the fruity notes, the development is fluid, corroborated by the right gustatory dynamics until the finishm where herbs and citrus fruits gave a pleasant and persistent freshness.

Pianacce is a Vermentino that faces the large stretch of salt water that is the Tyrrhenian Sea. Exposure to the salty air on stormy days means that the salt is deposited on each grape and can therefore be found in every sip. This salinity, typical of Pianacce, makes it a wine capable of bewitching and captivating by bringing to life the typical sensations of seaside villages. It is a wine tha cannot be bought, but that is chosen to savor what Liguria is all about, with the sea, its villages and its hills that descend to the sea.

The grape variety Müller-Thurgau, a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royal, particularly enjoys the conditions at elevations above 500 m around the spa town of Merano. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel. In the nose, it reminds of nutmeg and herbs and has a bright greenish yellow color.

Casale del Giglio Antinoo Lazio IGT/IGP

In December 1907 a bas-relief was found in the village of Torre di Padiglione, not far from Casale del Giglio's vineyards. The sculture depicts the Emperor Hadrian's favourite, the beautiful Greek youth Antinoo, cutting two clusters of grapes from a vine.
This golden-yellow wine presents a complex nose of broom, honeysuckle and chamomile, underpinned by shades of hazelnut and vanilla. Elegant and tangy on the palate, the toasty notes return in a long finish.
