TIGELLE

Tigella (whose original name is CRESCENTINA) is one of the most characteristic products of Modena cuisine. These are small bread disks of about 8 cm in diameter filled with Modenese pesto (a tasty mixture of lard, garlic and rosemary), cold cuts, cheeses, creams and vegetables. Our proposal includes single tigelle divided into Traditional, Vegetarian, Gourmet, Light and Sweet, or tasting menus of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 tigelle. The dough of our tigelle is the result of an ancient recipe and comes from a mixture of local grains, it does not contain animal fats and milk derivatives.

Classic Thick - the traditional Romagna piadina
Whole Spelt Vegan - to combine taste and lightness (+ €1)

Aperitigella - The Tigellino aperitif (from 12 to 13 and from 17 to 19.30)

Appetizing aperitif made up of small tigelline (to enhance our products we have decided NOT to serve chips, peanuts or similar products).
