Lots of interesting notes going on, both on the nose and the palate. Even a little bit of toffee and caramel too, which is both intriguing and unexpected. Has a bit of everything, but all nicely balanced.

Lots of citrus peel on the nose with a pleasant touch of acidity. To taste, notes of orange and lemon mingle with those of black peppercorn. The gin has excellent alcohol integration and a strong finish.
