Blond Ale 5°, exclusively brewed by Capo d'Otranto brewery for POSTOFISSO. Easy to drink, pairs well with any puccia.

Belgian Dubbel red 7.5° Full-bodied, smooth and velvety on the palate, with slight fruity notes and toasted hazelnuts. Top-fermented and bottle-conditioned. Unpasteurised and unfiltered. Produced by the Craft Brewery.

American Ipa amber 6.5° top-fermented. produced in Otranto, with an amber colour and ruby reflections, predominantly beige foam and a pronounced and intense bitter taste. On the palate, it is full-bodied and bitter, well balanced by the sweetness of the malts, with fruity and citrus notes provided by an elegant mix of American hops.
The aroma is dominated by hops, with exotic hints and notes of grapefruit, mandarin, and pineapple.
It pairs well with fish pucce and aged cheeses
