A LITTLE ABOUT US
WE INTRODUCE OURSELVES
" Da chì ragazzi " was born from the idea of three friends who love good food and travelling.
But who are they? @chefgabri73, a Chef by birth for three generations with a heart of gold, @sabri.giuliani a dreamer but at the same time with her feet on the ground, @luciacagnoni82 with a beautiful smile and a lover of the sea;
Gabriele graduated in 1992 from the Panzini Hotel Institute in Senigallia and has never stopped cooking since then, hotels, restaurants, takeaways, catering, always present even in volunteering, Gabri, a chef and a special person;
Sabrina, always in the world of tourism, was born in Switzerland and this characterises her completely, precise and determined, a lover of teamwork, like Gabriele she is always on the front line even when it comes to volunteering, she is a true warrior with a huge heart and it’s no coincidence she is the chef’s wife; Lucia, a travel agent and lifeguard, born in '82, the year of the World Cup and that alone is a guarantee, plus she is a Sagittarius and so perfectly completes this trio of friends; like the other two, when she has a dream she chases it until it becomes reality because dreams are wishes and life is only one.
The idea is a seaside tavern where you can have a relaxing breakfast, enjoy an excellent fish lunch while losing yourself in the colours of the sea or where you can sip a cocktail admiring the mix of colours on the horizon at sunset and then why not, stay for dinner just a few metres from the sea; yes, because " Da chì ragazzi " is located in a splendid position directly on the beach with nothing around, just beach, sea and sky, you will find yourself immersed in a simple yet relaxing and welcoming location; all this could not fail to unite the three and if there is one thing they do not lack it is grit and the desire to take on challenges; many already know them and we hope many more will get to know them, Gabri, Luci and Sabri are super happy to start this new adventure with you, so stay tuned for updates and above all see you " Da chì ragazzi " 2021 is gone, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 too!!

Even though it is not on the menu, it is as if it were because those who know it cannot do without it and those who have not yet tasted it cannot resist the temptation!!
A very deep red, super hearty soup of molluscs, crustaceans and prawns, and more besides!! No pasta, no bones, 100% soup served with large slices of bread for a proper dipping feast!!! And if you don't get messy, you haven't done a good job!!!!! Try it!!!!!
