Sono nove i botanicals di provenienza rigorosamente toscana presenti in SABATINI GIN: ginepro, coriandolo, iris fiorentino, finocchio selvatico, lavanda, foglie di olivo, timo, lemon verbena e salvia. La maggior parte dei botanicals è costituita da piante raccolte nelle proprietà dei Sabatini a Teccognano mentre il ginepro, rinomato per la sua qualità eccellente, è raccolto in diverse zone della regione.

Sabatini Gin, therefore, is not only a Premium London Dry Gin of artisanal production but is also the fruit of a perfect union of flavors, aromas, suggestions and history; an important celebration of the historical and cultural bond that unites Tuscany to England.
There are nine botanicals of strictly Tuscan origin present in SABATINI GIN: juniper, coriander, Florentine iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, lemon verbena and sage. Most of the botanicals are made up of plants collected on the Sabatini properties in Teccognano while the juniper, renowned for its excellent quality, is collected in various areas of the region.

-Using eight exotic botanicals, Bombay Dry Gin offers a more traditional taste with strong juniper flavours and a powerful dry finish. The botanicals used are hand-selected, creating personal relationships with each grower. Once the ingredients are selected, their vibrant flavours are extracted using steam. Il profumo delicato e dolce di questo gin, infatti, è intriso di vibranti note floreali, che, insieme a quelle speziate dello zenzero e del cardamomo, ne caratterizzano anche il sapore liscio, sottile e piacevolmente rotondo. Ginepro, zenzero, cardamomo verde, liquirizia, lime, mirtillo, coriandolo, cassia e noce moscata sono nove dei dieci elementi che concorrono a conferire a G’Vine il suo sapore ricco e distintivo. L’ultimo, il fiore di vigna, raccolto nei pochi giorni di giugno in cui vive la sua unica fioritura annuale e distillato in alambicchi fiorentini tipici della tradizione profumiera, cattura tutta l’essenza e la fragranza dell’uva per convogliarla nel bouquet aromatico ed elegante di G’Vine.
