Birra Weiss non filtrata ad alta fermentazione, realizzata con gli ingredienti della tradizione Menabrea: acqua, malto d’orzo, malto di frumento, luppoli e lieviti. Proprio questi, che nel processo di produzione rimangono in sospensione, le donano il tipico aspetto velato.
La 150° Weiss è una birra “bianca”, dal colore giallo paglierino e con una schiuma abbondante e densa, ottima per soddisfare diversi palati: dalla tempura alle carni suine. Con la sua freschezza e la gradazione alcolica di 5,20% vol. è ottima se abbinata ai dolci, specialmente se servita ad una temperatura di 6/8° C.

Birra ambrata tipo Märzen, con una gradazione alcolica di 5% vol., è una specialità di Birra Menabrea prodotta con i migliori ingredienti.
È caratterizzata da un colore ambrato, dovuto alla miscelazione dei malti scuri, con schiuma persistente color crema che si sposa benissimo con pietanze a base di riso, pollo e formaggio.
Conservatela al fresco, ad una temperatura di 6/8° C per assaporare tutto il suo gusto. La 150° Ambrata di Birra Menabrea è, infatti, una birra con un buon corpo, con una struttura delicata e cremosa, nonostante il contenuto grado alcolico.
