This is the wine made by Luigi, in honour of his father Tonino in 1988. Aged in barriques (until 2015) for one year and then another year in bottle. Since 2017 it has been aged in a large 25 hl cask. It is a guarantee for those who love aged wines. It pairs well with roast meats and mature cheeses, but it is also worth drinking a glass without being distracted by the pairing.
