perceived on the nose. The finish is of great persistence and pleasantness with
sweet and velvety tannins. Excellent with game, braised meats, red meats,
roasts, aged cheeses, and chocolate.

The taste is vigorous and lively, with an athletic yet graceful body featuring a young but already promising tannin, leading to a long floral and almond-like finish.

It pairs well with red meats, cured meats, and aged cheeses, ideal with goulash.
