AGEING: A Tuscan red that reproduces an ancient technique lost over time, that of "Governo all'uso Toscano," which consists of refermenting the wine with the addition of slightly dried grapes. Notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry, and floral aromas. A full-bodied, rounded, and smooth wine.
