St. Stefanus is an abbey beer originating from the Augustinian order of Ghent. This top-fermented and unpasteurized beer is produced using three different yeasts and undergoes bottle conditioning, thus developing its distinctive flavor that changes over time. The maturation indeed continues until its opening, for a maximum of 2 years.
