Wine experiences

Choose from the selected wines of the day, sparkling, white, rosé, or Sicilian or Etna reds. The glass is accompanied by dried fruits and snacks.

ONLY BY RESERVATION

4 glasses (sparkling, white, rosé, and red)

- Fried zucchini flowers in batter and chickpea panelle
- Seasonal vegetables and duck or hen egg
- Selection of 3 typical cheeses accompanied by homemade jams
- Platter of Sicilian cured meats

All served with homemade bread baked in a stone oven and Cavagrande dell'Etna water.
