and complex aroma of red fruits, such as raspberries and cherries,
that evolve into a more spicy scent of vanilla and cloves. It has a

Schiava 100% stainless steel tank, fruity wine with notes of violet, cherry, and bitter almond, but also a good amount of structure. It is a very versatile wine in the kitchen, from light appetizers to main courses up to roast beef.

100% Barbera, aged in steel, red color with violet reflections. Aroma of rose, cherry, and berries. Harmonious and velvety taste with a pleasant freshness typical of Barbera.

100% organic Nebbiolo, stainless steel tank. On the nose, it is fruity, fresh, and offers a nice intensity. It reveals notes of ripe bigarreau cherry, ripe wild raspberry, and small notes of crushed red fruits associated with fine touches of cherry blossom as well as a hint of small tangy plum and licorice. On the palate, it is fruity, balanced, and offers juicy/tangy structure, tension, and good definition.

100% Organic Nebbiolo, On the nose it is aromatic, elegant, bold and offers a nice power/concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry and wild raspberry as well as a hint of rose, gray pepper, discreet notes of blond tobacco and a very discreet note of hazelnut. On the palate it is fresh, fruity, balanced, precise and offers a nice fresh/mineral structure, softness, a slight linearity as well as a nice grain finesse.

100% Sangiovese, stainless steel tank, ruby red color with violet reflections, intense aroma of blueberry, red plum, blood orange, spices, fresh and fruity taste, medium-bodied, well-balanced with a nice structure, juicy acidity and long persistence.

100% Sangiovese, aged in large barrels for 36 months. Intense and bright garnet red color, intense and characteristic vinous aroma with notes of cherry, vanilla, blackcurrant, coffee. On the palate, it is tannic but fine, elegant and delicate with notes of blackberry, ample, long and harmonious.

100% Primitivo, aged in stainless steel tanks and barrels. On the nose, it reveals notes of plum, carob, and cherry. On the palate, it is warm, slightly tannic, intense, with a finish of red fruit jam.

100% organic Primitivo, aged in barrels for 18 months. Characteristic aroma of ripe fruit, slightly spicy and toasted, with an almost balsamic finish. Full-bodied, rich in minerality and freshness, good savoriness, remarkable balance, smoothness, intense taste of black cherry and plum, with notes of blackberry, spicy pepper, clove, and cocoa.

100% Nero d'Avola, stainless steel tank. Powerful wine, notes of raspberries, cherries, very present tannins
