Wines by the Glass

Sparkling wine.
100% Glera, sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage. Nose of green apple
and pear, with floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. Good structure,
pleasant and harmonious, delicately dry.

White wine.
100% Passerina, slightly aromatic nose with floral and fruity notes,
aromas of elderflower, grapefruit, and ripe yellow-fleshed fruits.

White Wine.
Grillo, fruity aromas of citrus, fresh and well-structured palate with a
mineral finish.

Rosé wine.
Pinot grigio 85%, other grape varieties 15% rosé wine, cold skin maceration,
stainless steel tank, copper color, intense, floral, with notes of yellow fruits and raspberry. On the palate it is fresh, intense
and tasty

Red Wine.
100% Montepulciano, aged in stainless steel tanks and barrels. On the nose, we immediately recognize red fruits and a distinct note of black cherry jam, light notes of cocoa, and a toasted finish complete the bouquet.
On the palate, it is warm, rightly tannic, smooth, intense, with the characteristic
almond finish

Red Wine.
100% Corvina and Corvinone, aged in barrels and stainless steel for 12 months, intense ruby red color, aroma of red fruits, fresh and spicy taste with silky tannins.
