Production area: Vineyards located on the southern and northern slopes of the volcano at around 800 m a.s.l., cultivated using the bush vine training system. Volcanic soils rich in stones, where the vine yields very little, allowing perfect phenolic and sugar ripeness to be achieved.
Colour: Deep ruby red, tending towards purple with light garnet hues after long bottle ageing.
Bouquet: Ethereal with elegant balsamic notes, combined with pleasant hints of toasted almond, cocoa, chestnut honey, and black pepper.
Flavour: Ripe red fruits with pleasant notes of vanilla and almond. Elegantly tannic, persistent, and rich in typical minerality and freshness thanks to the influence of the volcanic soil.

Catarratto
Denomination: IGT Terre Siciliane
Production area: Western Sicily, hilly areas of Salemi and surrounding territories
Vinification: Fermented at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius with selected yeasts.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow in colour, it combines aromatic hints of flowers and citrus with a lively and vibrant palate, enhancing a pleasant sensation of freshness while maintaining its elegance.

Pinot Noir/Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC

In the heart of the mountain that dominates the Estate, vineyards are cultivated where we select the grapes used to produce Nuhar, meaning “flower” in Arabic. This wine is born from the union of two great black grape varieties: Pinot Noir, the king of Burgundy, which in the warmth of Sicily develops a colour, sweetness, and depth that are hard to find elsewhere, and Nero d’Avola, which in these conditions becomes richer in tannins and body.
