Who we are

My name is Stefano Bicocchi, alias Vito. I was born on December 23rd in Bethlehem Square, we were very close! I have a deep bond with this country and in particular with this square. You will often find me in the restaurant, it's like a second home for me. My nephew Lorenzo is in the kitchen, he is the chef who brings innovation and keeps Grandfather Roberto's secret recipe book. This is not just a trattoria, it is a convivial place supported by a true and well-rooted passion. Values shared and nurtured by all the staff made up of professional guys who believe in them to the core.
