GIN

An excellent Irish gin made using 13 botanicals, taking inspiration from the walled garden in Dublin's Phoenix Park, including geranium, blackberry and lavender. The name itself comes from the Ha'penny Bridge over the River Liffey in the centre of Dublin.

A wonderful rhubarb-based variation on the original Ha'penny Irish Gin, perfect for refreshing summer drinks. The name for this range comes from Dublin's Ha'penny Bridge over the River Liffey - if you're familiar with it, you may notice some similarities between the bridge's design and the design on the label.
Sweet juniper and tangy rhubarb notes are clearly the main focus, though floral hints of lavender and citrus blossom keep it from becoming overly sweet.

Bombay Sapphire is distilled in England and is made with a base of neutral spirits that are distilled from wheat and malt. The gin is then flavoured with a blend of ten botanical ingredients using a slow infusion process, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, citrus peel, and liquorice root.Light and piney juniper, with soft peppery warmth building. Subtle sweetness of sugared almond and angelica develops, still packed with herbaceousness.

. It boasts a phenomenally fruity, spicy palate with big zesty, citrusy top notes, using the same Tanqueray recipe since 1830 of Tuscan juniper, angelica, and coriander.
Nose: Aromatic. Cedar, juniper oil, a little citrus zest.
Palate: Huge juniper, spicy notes of orange and lemon peel, a little aniseed.
Finish: Long finish, very full and thick with juniper.

This terrific Scottish gin is made using two different stills - the Bennett stillsteeps its botanicals overnight before distillation, while the Carter-Head has its botanicals in a basket up in the still neck, steaming them gently.
Nose: Big, creamy aromas right off the bat, with a little zesty citrus, juniper, rose petal jelly and cucumber.
Palate: Astoundingly fresh notes of cucumber with juniper, oak, a touch more citrus and vanilla. Creamy and savoury.
Finish: A long, refreshing, floral finish.

This is a triple-distilled gin flavoured with juniper berries, coriander, angelica, and one other botanicals.

Gordon's Gin Pink is perfect for summer quaffs. Juniper takes a slight step back to make way for refreshing notes of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant.
