MOSCOW MULE 12%
VODKA -ANGOSTURA-GINGER ALE -MINT-LIME SHORT HISTORY: The history of the Moscow Mule is particular. This cocktail, which has become a great classic, was born in the 1940s from a co-marketing project to relaunch two products that were struggling to get off the ground on the American market: vodka and ginger beer. The result was amazing, two products that by themselves could not find their space, mixed in an excellent long drink, expertly placed in the right environments, had a resounding success. An integral part of the cocktail was the presentation: it was served in copper glasses depicting a "mule"

NEGRONI 27%
BITTER-GIN-VERMOUTH RED SHORT HISTORY Initially this cocktail born in Florentine bars about 100 years ago, was called "an Americano in the manner of Count Negroni", later it became simply, for everyone, the Negroni. The Negroni, born in Florence on an unspecified day in 1919, has arrived unchanged, after almost a century, to the present day. Legend has it that Count Camillo Negroni, an eclectic character of the Florentine nobility, had asked the bartender Fosco Scarselli of the Casoni drugstore and perfumery, in via de' Tornabuoni, to "strengthen" the usual Americano The Americano was at the time, a very trendy prepared by mixing vermouth, bitters and soda. Camillo indicated to his trusted bartender the bottle of gin. He wanted to "strengthen" the alcohol content of the cocktail, without altering its colour. Thus the Negroni was born.
