Fermentation in barrique, it remains on fine lees for about 5 months, which gives it greater complexity and richness of aromas. The wine undergoes bottle aging for 6 months.
Ideal with slightly spiced dishes, medium-aged cheeses, and blue fish.

Chianti Superiore DOCG Sangiovese, Merlot - 2017 15.5% vol
Aging in wood for 12 months, the Sangiovese in 2500 liter barrels and the Merlot in barriques, then we proceed to create the blend by choosing only the best barrels. The wine returns to the blended barrel for further aging, refined in the bottle for approximately 5 months. Lively wine, ruby red in colour, with intense aromas, a harmonious and soft taste and velvety tannins.

Aging 15 months in 10 hl wooden barrels for Sangiovese and barriques for Cabernet, Petit Verdot and Merlot, to then be assembled in concrete tanks, followed by a further phase of refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months. Fresh and pleasantly balanced scent.
