To ensure consistent quality, it is made with a blend of eaux-de-vie from the 'crus' of Fins Bois, as well as from Bons Bois and a bit of Petite Champagne.

The eaux-de-vie are aged for at least two years in French oak barrels.

Merlet VS Cognac is slightly woody and delicately fruity. It has a straw yellow color and an aroma of pear, vanilla, and wood. On the palate, it is light, fresh, and harmonious. It has an alcohol content of 40%. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or used to prepare cocktails.

Tasting notes:

Color: straw yellow.
On the nose: delicate, dominated by the eau-de-vie with subtle notes of vanilla and pear.
On the palate: slightly woody and delicately fruity.
