Maraschino Luxardo

Versatile and unique
The Maraschino, a cherry liqueur with a characteristic sweet flavor and typical aroma reminiscent of fruits, originated in Dalmatia, in the city of Zadar, more than three centuries ago. In these lands, in fact, grows one of the most particular and aromatic varieties of cherries in the world: the marasca, a small sour cherry with a typical dark red, almost black color and a characteristic slightly sour taste that defines it. Luxardo, a Venetian company of Dalmatian origin, a leader in the field of national and international liqueurs, has made it its flagship! In the characteristic bottle covered with a weave of straw, Maraschino Luxardo is the liqueur with a surprising flavor that reveals great versatility, both in the preparation of tasty cocktails and in cooking and pastry!

Colorless and bright, with typical and delicate aromas of marasca distillate, it reveals a decisive and harmonious taste, with a very long aromatic persistence.

Delicious to enjoy on the rocks at the end of a meal, excellent added to fruit salad, simply indispensable for soaking the sponge cake in the preparation of Zuppa Inglese!

Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur

The Mexican coffee famous worldwide
Kahlúa, the quintessential coffee liqueur appreciated all over the world, was born, despite its name suggesting more exotic origins (Kahlúa is the Arabic word for coffee), in Mexico in the mid-1930s. Popular mainly for becoming the essential ingredient for the preparation of famous cocktails like the Mind Eraser and the White Russian, Kahlúa is a liqueur that, thanks to the fusion of excellent coffee blends, pure alcohol, sugar, and that sensual touch of vanilla, has the ability to make every moment unique; whether sipped neat or added to a cup of coffee, iced or heated, even in cold milk, it will add that extra touch to transform our evenings.

Deep and bright mahogany color, with clear hints of espresso coffee, vanilla and butter, caramel and chestnut; on the palate it is warm, smooth, and moderately sweet, with a nice lingering finish reminiscent of roasting.

The liqueur for every occasion!

Italicus - Bergamot Rosolio

The small pleasures of the past
Born from an idea by Giuseppe Gallo, this Bergamot Rosolio represents the great tradition of the Italian aperitif, a journey back in time to the simple and essential pleasures when, before Vermouth and Bitter, Rosolio was the main aperitif, already appreciated by the King of Savoy. Made only with natural and Italian ingredients including chamomile, lavender, gentian, Calabrian bergamot, and Sicilian cedar, Italicus is produced by Vergnano, a historic Turin family active since 1906; the design of the bottle is inspired by classic Roman columns as is the name it bears, a tribute to Ancient Rome, all reflecting the 100% Italian nature of the product.

It has a slightly citrusy nose of lemon and cedar, fading into more delicate notes of lavender and rose with hints of powdery. The tasting reveals freshness, a slight bitter note, and numerous citrus references balancing a complex, rich, and spicy sip with a lasting finish.

Given its complexity, it is suitable for truly interesting mixes: try it with London Dry Gin, Prosecco, and green olives from Gaeta, a twist on the classic Gin & Tonic suggested by Giuseppe Gallo!

Cointreau

Cointreau, the most famous orange liqueur in the world, with its enveloping aroma, sweetness, and warmth, perfectly marks both moments of reflection and conviviality. Born at the end of the 19th century from a recipe by Edouard Cointreau, son of the founder of the eponymous distillery in Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou, it is a triple-sec produced through distillation in copper stills from sweet and bitter orange peels and essential oils, spices, sugar, water, and alcohol. With its characteristic and easily recognizable square glass bottle, Cointreau is an orange liqueur with an unmistakable taste.

Crystal clear and opalescent, it releases immediate sensations of orange to the nose: peel, flowers, and juice, caramel, sweet spices, and delicate ethereal notes embracing everything. Moderately warm and sweet, smooth, and with a beautiful persistence of bitter orange.

We can enjoy it neat, with a cube of ice, pour it over vanilla ice cream, or mix it to create incredible cocktails and long drinks.
