Peroni Nastro Azzurro has always preserved the characteristic traits of a 'Made in Italy' product, which can be found in its balanced aroma and the quality of its ingredients. A dry and refreshing taste, never too sweet on the palate, thanks to the presence of 'Nostrano', a prestigious variety of Italian corn grown exclusively for Peroni Nastro Azzurro. Those light notes of bitterness, given by finely aromatic noble hops, are harmoniously balanced by the scent of flowers and spices. The high degree of attenuation makes it light and fragrant for a sense of freshness from the very first sip.

It is drinkable and easily approachable for its category due to its light body, although it possesses a particular aromatic complexity with notes of malt and caramel. This result is achieved through a production process that still preserves the practice of three wort blends, a traditional method that requires many resources, now almost obsolete. The exclusive low-temperature fermentation process, long and complex, gives it a soft and unique taste, allowing it to stand out strongly within the category of red beers.

Peroni Gran Riserva Bianca is a Weiss beer with a fresh, pleasantly drinkable taste, characterised by a fruity and spicy aroma. The selected high-fermentation yeast and traditional production process give it a pleasant hint of cloves. According to tradition, the recipe includes the use of barley malt and wheat. To ensure a high-quality product, we use only 100% Italian Malt and a particular variety of Italian Pale Malt that gives it an elegant hazy blonde colour, typical of Weiss beers.
