Directly from the Murgia of Bari, thanks to the use of 100% Primitivo grapes grown on karst soils at 300-350 m above sea level, this red wine from Cantina Terre Carsiche 1939 is born. After the harvest in the first decade of September, fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature for about 15 days.

It presents an intense ruby red color and a very intense aromatic bouquet that evokes red berry fruits. Full-bodied and with good harmony on the palate.

Typical wine from Lucera, of great qualitative interest, characterized by an intense, persistent aroma rich in hints of berries, and a harmonious, round taste with good structure and tannicity.
Grape variety: Nero di Troia 55% - Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 35% - Bombino Bianco 15%
Production area: Territories of Lucera, Troia, and Biccari in Northern Puglia
Vineyard age: Established in 2002
Soil: Calcareous with sandy loam texture
Yield per hectare: 85 quintals from 5,600 plants per hectare
Vinification: Selective manual harvest in boxes, very gentle destemming to leave the berries completely intact, maceration and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature for about 20 days with periodic immersion of the cap, 2 pump-overs a day with separation of the seeds, repeated délestage, soft pressing.
After malolactic fermentation, aging occurs in cement tanks for at least 6/8 months and subsequently in bottles for a period of no less than 6 months.
