Grapes: 70% Grillo, 30% Viognier - Aging: 4 months in steel tanks on the fine lees.
Intense and fruity wine, on the palate it is sapid, balanced by excellent acidity. Quite aromatic finish.

Grape varieties: Grillo - Aging: 7-8 months in steel on its fine lees, a further 12 months in the bottle.
Soft, elegant, seductive wine, with notable nuances of dried and candied fruit.

Grape variety: Chardonnay - Aging: 6 months in steel, an additional 6 months in tonneau, and finally 12 months in bottle.
Wine with excellent balance, creamy, buttery, its delightful freshness on the palate is surprising.

Grapes: Picolit - Aging: In tank on fine lees, after this period, it is left to mature in the company's underground wine cellar.
Sweet and elegant wine, refined and harmonious. It impresses with the breadth of its taste-olfactory sensations and its alluring persistence.

Grape varieties: Fiano, Falanghina, Greco - Aging: In steel with indigenous yeasts. 4-5 day maceration on the skins.
Very tasty and fresh wine. On the nose we find notes of white pepper and cedar peel.

Vitigni: 35% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 25% Cinsault, 15% Counoise - Affinamento: 5 mesi in acciaio.
Vino caldo, avvolgente, intenso con un finale lungo e persistente.

Vino al palato la parte fruttata è matura e dolce, gran bella acidità e sapidità. Sul finale spiccano note idrocarburiche.

Grapes: 60% Semillon, 40% Merlot - Aging: 18 months on the lees.
Sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles, a citrus and fruity taste and classic notes of pastry and brioche.

Grapes: Nerello Mascalese - Aging: One year in wooden barrels and steel tanks, an additional 6 months in the bottle.
Wine with an elegant bouquet of red fruits, aromatic herbs, and spicy notes. On the palate, silky tannins, with great structure yet soft and elegant.

Grapes: 80% Carricante, 20% Catarratto - Aging: 8-10 months in steel.
Wine with fresh notes of fruit and aromatic herbs, with a very pleasant sapidity and taste freshness.

Vitigni: Nerello Mascalese - Affinamento: 4 mesi in vasche d'acciaio sulle fecce fini.
Vino fresco, sapido e minerale con un finale abbastanza lunga.

Delicate wine, very fresh and acidulous, aftertaste with slightly bitter notes, typical of Catarrato.

Vino pieno, equilibrato con note floreali e fruttate.

Delicate wine, very fresh, acidulous and fruity.

Grapes: Nero D'Avola - Aging: 12 months in third and fourth passage barriques.
Full, balanced wine with spicy, fruity and velvety notes.

Vitigni: Catarratto - Affinamento: 6 mesi per il 25% del prodotto in barrique nuove, ed un anno di bottiglia.
Note agrumate, fruttate, tostate e di vaniglia. Vino fine, elegante e persistente.

Vitigni: Nero D'Avola - Affinamento: 18 mesi in barrique nuove e di secondo passaggio, ulteriore anno in bottiglia.
Vino corposo, elegante e persistente con note speziate ed erbe aromatiche.

Vitigni: Nero D'Avola - Affinamento: 12 mesi in barrique di quarto passaggio, ulteriore anno in bottiglia.
Ottenuto da uve Nero D'Avola appassite sulla pianta, vino ricchissimo, corposo, dolce e leggermente tannico, molto persistente.
