Grapes: 75% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc - Aging: Approximately 20 months in new French oak barrels.
Fresh wine, the oiliness of the mid-palate and the powerful structure give way to a long and smooth finish, making this bottle a compendium of freshness and delicacy.

Grape varieties: Grillo - Aging: 7-8 months in steel on its fine lees, a further 12 months in the bottle.
Soft, elegant, seductive wine, with notable nuances of dried and candied fruit.

Grapes: Picolit - Aging: In tank on fine lees, after this period, it is left to mature in the company's underground wine cellar.
Sweet and elegant wine, refined and harmonious. It impresses with the breadth of its taste-olfactory sensations and its alluring persistence.

Grapes: Moscato Bianco - Aging: 6 months in bottle.
Sweet wine with intense aromas of honey and ripe fruit. On the palate, it is bold and smooth with intense aromas of apricot, peach, and figs.

Vitigni: Nero D'Avola - Affinamento: 12 mesi in barrique di quarto passaggio, ulteriore anno in bottiglia.
Ottenuto da uve Nero D'Avola appassite sulla pianta, vino ricchissimo, corposo, dolce e leggermente tannico, molto persistente.
