Powerful and lightly toasted wine, with floral and buttery notes. Generous, straightforward with a slight bitter note on the finish.

Grapes: Chardonnay - Aging: Fermentation 30% in new oak barrels, 70% aged. Aging on fine lees for 12 months in barrel and 4 months in tank.
Wine with notes of flint smoke associated with floral freshness. The palate is initially wide and then evolves into delicacy, its savory notes recall the minerality of the terroir.
